🌈 COLOR SELECTION
Please choose your preferred apparel color when ordering. While out-of-stock colors are uncommon, they can happen unexpectedly due to supplier inventory changes. To help avoid delays, please include:
Your first color choice
A backup color choice
If your first choice becomes unavailable, your backup color may be used to keep your order moving quickly. Please make sure you are happy with both selections. If you prefer a different apparel brand, feel free to message me before ordering and I’ll see what I can source for you.
⭐️ COLOR CHARTS
There are separate color charts for each apparel style. Please be sure you are selecting from the correct chart for your item type.
Example: If ordering a hoodie, use the hoodie color chart.
Choosing from the wrong chart may delay processing.
💌 PROCESSING & PRODUCTION
Every design is embroidered to order, which means production times can vary depending on current order volume. Orders will ship no later than 3 weeks after purchase. Please plan ahead for holidays, birthdays, gifts, or special events.
📧 IMPORTANT ORDER INFORMATION
Please keep an eye on your Etsy messages and email after ordering. If I need clarification about your order and do not receive a response within 3 days, I will proceed with the design choices that I feel look best so your order is not delayed.
Due to the custom nature of these items, returns and cancellations are not accepted.
❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is placed, materials and production time are immediately invested into creating your item. Please review all processing times and item details before purchasing, as cancellations cannot be accepted after purchase.
💌 SHIPPING INFORMATION
Once your package has been handed over to USPS and scanned into their system, shipping transit times and delivery issues are outside of my control.
If your item arrives damaged:
• First Class Shipping: I cannot offer refunds, but I will gladly work with you to replace the item. Please send photos of both the damaged item and packaging.
• Priority Shipping or upgraded shipping options may qualify for reimbursement through USPS.
